Erin & Ryan have landed in Singapore now but St Croix will always hold a special place in their well-traveled hearts. For it was St Croix where they married and it was St Croix where they left with a Crucian bun (Johnny Cake) in the oven!!

Johnny Cake: a fitting nickname for our newlywed traveler's baby... due to the history of the Johnny Cake which was once called a Journey Cake for its handy portability on trips.
